The problem
Our customer was a Tier 2 supplier delivering several long-running projects for multiple clients. They needed a consistent way to understand how their clients viewed performance across multiple contracts, including operations, KPI delivery, finance accuracy and health and safety. Governance updates relied on manual effort and feedback was inconsistent across departments.
What we built
We built an AI assistant that uses automation to request structured feedback from every relevant client stakeholder each month and quarter. The system gathers sentiment, risks and concerns from operations, finance, governance, commercial and health and safety contacts, then uses AI to analyse trends, detect early warning signals and highlight alignment or conflict between teams.
The assistant produces clear monthly and quarterly reports that support governance across all active projects. This gives the internal team a dependable view of contract health, stakeholder engagement and emerging risks without the manual workload across all relevant levels.
