ReporaPro: Neurodevelopmental Report Writing Platform
The problem
Writing neurodevelopmental assessment reports is time-consuming, repetitive, and pulls clinicians away from clinical work. Existing tools were generic. ReporaPro needed software built specifically around the ADOS-2, ADI-R, ACIA and DIVA-5 assessment frameworks, with AI that could draft structured, accurate reports from clinical notes without inventing information or bypassing clinical judgement.
What we built
We built ReporaPro from the ground up. Every part of the product is Nudge5’s work: the AI report generation engine, the template system that mirrors each assessment booklet’s structure, the DSM-5 criteria output, the PDF export, the subscription and authentication system, and the public-facing website.
The AI works strictly from the clinician’s own notes. It does not add conclusions, make diagnoses, or produce content not grounded in what was entered. Assessment modules cover ADOS-2 (Modules 3 and 4), ADI-R, ACIA, DIVA-5 and Young DIVA-5, with multiple template variants to suit different clinical preferences. Hosting and infrastructure are managed by Nudge5.
