StudioSpace: Studio Booking Platform
The problem
A creative studio wanted to move away from paper calendars and handwritten notes to something easier to manage on phones and laptops. Their booking process for rooms and equipment was simple but inconsistent, and staff often had to check manually who was in when. They wanted a single system that could manage bookings, track availability, and take care of reminders automatically.
What we built
We created StudioSpace, a clean, web-based booking app that keeps everything in one place. Members can see real-time availability, book or cancel sessions instantly, and get automatic confirmations. For the studio managers, we added a built-in automation system that quietly handles routine tasks: notifying staff when rooms need to be opened, sending daily schedules, and creating usage summaries at the end of each week.
